How fast do you deliver within Kuwait?
Orders are delivered within 24–48 hours (most arrive in 24 hours). Shipping is free in Kuwait.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout by our couriers (customs/duties are charged by your local authority and paid by the customer).
Is international shipping ever free?
Yes — international shipping is free on orders over USD 650. (Local customs/duties, if any, are paid by the customer upon arrival.)
How long do international orders take?
Typically 5–7 working days from dispatch, depending on destination and customs clearance.
My country isn’t listed at checkout. What should I do?

Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We do not accept returns or exchanges.
What if the wrong item/size/color was sent?
If there is a fulfillment error (wrong dress, size, or color), we will exchange the piece. The item must be unworn with the original tag attached. Please contact info@shoploumi.com as soon as you receive your order so we can assist.

How do I choose my size?

Do you offer alterations?
No. We do not offer alterations.

How should I care for my Loumi piece?
Due to the delicate nature of our fabrics and finishes, we recommend professional dry cleaning only. Avoid prolonged exposure to heat, moisture, or fragrance directly on the fabric.
